This unique opportunity allows four guests to accompany Tony Foreman and/or Executive Chef James Lewandowski to the Sunday Farmer's Market where they will shop with them for products and then design a brunch menu highlighting the freshest items available that day. This multi-course Italian brunch will be paired with wines from Cinghiale's cellar.
The menu will be created by Tony Foreman on the day of the event based on market availability.
